Property Access

Worksite Safety

Warranty and Repairs
We guarantee our craftsmanship. Any issues arising from our work within the warranty period will be addressed promptly and professionally.
Liability
Leo Handyman is not liable for damages or losses incurred outside the scope of our services, including pre-existing property issues or unrelated damages.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Payments for work completed up to termination will be due, and we will coordinate to finalize pending tasks.
